I do not charge for recycled beads that are included in your redesign (or in any of my designs), unless the recycled material in question had a material cost to me during its acquisition.</p> <p>Generally, a project starts when you send me an email with your inquiry. I will then plan your project by preparing a quote, time line, sketches, and/or pictures, which will be emailed to you for your approval.
